McKenzie Traineeships

A traineeship is a unique way to “earn while you learn”. Aged care workers carry out daily activities in residential facilities to maintain the personal care and independence of the elderly. As a trainee, you will observe and learn from an experienced and qualified carer. You will be an extra person on their shift.

Your digital certificate for aged care training
McKenzie Aged Care has partnered with Ausmed to provide all of their mandatory training. The Ausmed Passport™ is a digital certificate for people working in aged care.
A staff member can carry it with them from one employer to the next to evidence that they have completed mandatory training relevant to and recognised by the sector.
It’s 100% free to both individuals and employers.
